1. Research & Development Status
TherapeptiX operates as a research and development facility. All peptides synthesized are for research purposes only and are not intended for human therapeutic use until appropriate regulatory approvals are obtained.
2. Regulatory Compliance
We are actively working towards TGA GMP accreditation. Until such accreditation is achieved, all products are provided strictly for research and development purposes.
3. Product Usage
Peptides supplied by TherapeptiX are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes unless specifically authorized and where applicable regulations permit.
4. Prescription Requirements
Certain peptides may require medical prescriptions or special licenses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
5. Quality Assurance
While we maintain high standards in our synthesis processes, customers acknowledge that products are provided for research purposes. Certificates of analysis are provided where available.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to our synthesis methods, processes, and proprietary peptide designs remain the property of TherapeptiX Biotech Pty Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
TherapeptiX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer projects, research data, and proprietary information shared with us during the course of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Amendments
TherapeptiX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
